We provide an inclusive, secure, and empowering Supported Living environment designed to help young individuals aged 16+ transition into independent adulthood. Our primary goal is to recognise and foster the unique potential in each person, equipping them with life skills while promoting self-reliance and confidence. Our Supported Living programme extends beyond a place to live. It’s a nurturing environment that tailors support according to each individual’s needs and aspirations. Our professional support workers provide guidance on daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and money management, coupled with emotional support, personal growth opportunities and help with accessing education, employment or training.
